How to use a Secret Santa questionnaire
Quick answer: pick who the exchange is for — coworkers, family and friends, or kids — and you get a ready set of questions that actually change what someone buys: favorite colors, snacks and drinks, hobbies, things they’d love, a “please, nothing like…” line and allergies, plus sizes for family and kids and a desk item for the office. Organizers can print blank copies, two per page to cut in half, or copy the numbered questions into a group chat, an email or a Teams message. Untick what you don’t need and add up to five questions of your own.
Each participant can fill it in right here and send the answers as a private link, print them, or copy them as text. Whoever opens the link sees a clean card with the answers and a button to fill in their own. Nothing is stored: the answers travel inside the link itself, with no sign-up and no email addresses. To draw the names, use the Secret Santa generator, which sends each person their match by private link.

FAQ
What questions should be on a Secret Santa questionnaire?
The ones that change what someone buys: favorite colors, snacks and drinks (and how they take their coffee), hobbies, a few things they’d love, what to avoid, and allergies. For family add clothing sizes and scents; for coworkers, something for their desk and a favorite lunch spot; for kids, age, favorite characters and toys. Keep it short: ten or so questions get answered, thirty don’t.
Can I print it for my coworkers?
Yes. Choose Coworkers, set the number of copies and 1 or 2 per page, and print — or choose “Save as PDF” in the print dialog to send a file. The exchange name and budget go at the top of each copy.
Is there a copy and paste version?
Yes. “Copy the questions” copies a numbered list you can paste into a group chat, an email or a Teams message, and “Copy my answers” copies a filled-in version.
Does the link share my answers with anyone else?
Only with whoever you send it to. The answers travel inside the link after #s=, which browsers never send to a server, and this site stores nothing. Links you add are shown exactly as you pasted them.
