About this Open Graph preview tool
Paste the meta tags from your page's head section and instantly see how your page will appear when shared on Facebook, Twitter/X, and LinkedIn. The tool extracts Open Graph (og:title, og:description, og:image) and Twitter Card meta tags and renders visual previews that closely match each platform's actual card layout.
Social media share cards are often the first impression of your content. A missing og:image means a blank card that nobody clicks. A truncated title or description means your message is lost. This tool catches those problems before you share — not after you have already posted and the cache is locked.
The tool works by parsing your meta tags locally — it does not fetch URLs or connect to any social network. You paste the HTML directly, and all extraction and rendering runs in your browser. This makes it safe for pre-launch pages, staging environments, and content you do not want to share publicly.
Validation checks warn you about missing critical tags (og:title, og:description), recommend adding og:image and twitter:card, and flag when titles or descriptions exceed platform-specific length limits. A summary table shows all detected meta tags at a glance.

FAQ
Why can't this tool fetch my URL directly?
For your security, the tool runs entirely in your browser with no server-side fetching. This means your content stays private, and the tool works for staging and pre-launch pages that are not publicly accessible.
Why doesn't the image preview show?
Browser security rules (CSP) prevent loading external images. The tool shows the image URL instead so you can verify it is correct. The actual social platforms will load the image when you share.
Is my content sent anywhere?
No. All parsing and rendering happens locally in your browser. Your meta tags are never uploaded or shared.
